My Goals As a Coach

When people come online saying “help me lose weight”, this usually means that they are stuck in some kind of rut.
Have you been trying to get slim for many months, or perhaps years, without much of an effect?
I know I had that problem. I was 230 lbs (that’s over 60 pounds overweight) for quite a few years of my little life. I must have tried literally 20 different approaches and diets – some of them I heard of in magazines, others came recommended by friends.
But none of them worked.
I mean, I did lose a few pounds here and there, and sometimes even more than that. But eventually I would stop shedding fat, get frustrated, try something drastic and ultimately gain back all of the weight I had previously lost.
There comes a time though when you say to yourself “enough is enough”. And that time for me came in October, 2009. It was then that I decided I would stop listening to what advertisers and magazines were telling me I should do to lose weight, and started doing my own research.
Fast forward 10 months later. I had lost 57 pounds, and gained around 6 lbs of lean muscle. And the way I managed to accomplish that is by reading tons upon tons of clinical trials and research, conducted in the area of weight loss. And I can honestly say that it was no easy task – there was a lot to digest.
But I was really determined back then. I took it upon myself to learn what the whole fat loss thing was really about, from an academic and scientific standpoint.
And it didn’t take me long to realize that the absolutely majority -I’m talking 99,9%- of stuff you will read anywhere on the subject is pure bullshit, driven by anecdotal evidence and having completely no backup in terms of scientific research whatsoever.
It’s been 3 years for me now, and I have taken my body to places I didn’t think were possible. Back in 2009 I honestly thought that being slim and muscular is almost a fairy tale, reserved to those mystical creatures we see on TV and in ad magazines.
But I’ve made it.
And I want to help you make it as well. That’s the whole purpose of this website and everything I do online.
I am completely determined to make sure that you get the absolutely best guidance and education possible, so that you yourself can experience the relief that comes with losing that extra weight you are carrying.
When it happens, it’s almost like a giant stone you’ve been carrying your entire life was suddenly taken off your back. I know it sounds almost poetic, but I’m being absolutely straightforward
I really want you to succeed with all of this. I don’t want you to have to go on any twisted diets or read any other articles or magazines on the subject of weight loss ever again. I have promised myself that this Help Me Lose Weight website is going to be your last stop in your long and tiring journey to the body that body that you desire.
